Mike and his crew were fantastic!! From start to finish, they were skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our home. They removed our old raised deck and built us a larger more attractive outdoor two-storey living space; complete with a four-seasons spa and outdoor lighting.

We own an 1850’s century home that has great bones but needs significant modernization and repairs. We have trusted MD Renovations with a wide-range of upgrades, including installing a new metal roof, adding new insulation, re-cladding our board and batten siding, converting a cold room to an entryway, shoring-up a portion of our century barn and last but-not-least, remodeling a totally custom master bathroom. All of this was challenging given the 170-year-old construction of the home. What sticks out for us, and why we keep going back to MD Renovations are the very fair and accurate pricing and the positive, respectful attitudes of the team. We will be working with them again in 2021 on the installation of a series of porches to improve our curb-appeal, so obviously we recommend their work!

And after that we had him build a roof over our deck. Mike was professional and skillful.
